A picture window of our Thanksgiving dinner. It has been a hard few months for my mom, who lost her brother this past spring. I offered to have our side of the family over for dinner to help make the first holiday without him easier for her. My house is pretty small, and there isn't much room for more than 5 or 6 people at a time, but we managed to fit 13 this year! Everyone brought food, and it was a great night. I'm thankful for the love of family, and the fact that we always have a good time laughing, eating, drinking and sharing each holiday together. Oh, and the vintage dress Eve Moon is wearing was mine from when I was her age, 31 years ago. She rocked it of course.
