We were lured to the farmers market twice this week. Once to the big one at the outskirts of town for spring rolls, bannock and leather belts ( the best tooler in town sets up a booth there). The next day, to the outdoor market in our neighborhood for free "all you can" eat sweet corn. Boy, was it sweet! The pumpkins are all out on display. There were baby moon pumpkins, gourds, fall mums and sheathes of wheat. The market held baskets of apples, baked goods, Saskatoon berry pies, jams and other preserves. Ahhh ... love it.
